Dr. Kala Iyer is a senior media professional, entrepreneur and creative visionary with over two decades of experience in television, radio and digital media production. She has worked extensively across content development, broadcasting and audio-visual communication, contributing to projects for the Government of India, State Governments, autonomous bodies, international organizations and NGOs. A postgraduate in Mass Communication from Jamia Millia Islamia, she brings strong expertise across the complete production cycle, from concept and scripting to production and post-production. She is the Founder of Genesis Media Private Limited, under whose leadership the organization has delivered impactful advocacy, educational and development communication content. A recipient of several national and international awards, she continues to contribute meaningfully to socially relevant and responsible media practices.
